Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at msstores282911@gmail.com before sending the item. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Certain items, including perishable goods, personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process it. For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order. For EU orders, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. Return shipping instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is accepted.
